The request form will open February 1 and the deadline to complete this form varies:

• Summer programs: April 1

• Fall programs: June 1

• Spring programs: October 1

Most rooms in Leipzig and Oxford can accommodate 2-4 students.

Montevideo students each have their own room, so no roommate requests are necessary.

All roommates must request each other. Otherwise, the request will not be submitted to the program director. Double-check with your roommate(s) that they also fill out this form.

Note: Based on room arrangements in each house, we cannot guarantee that your request will be able to be granted.
