The final housing/roommate configuration will be delivered via email by your program staff within one month of your program’s deadline. The request form is open and the deadline to complete this form varies:

• Summer programs: Mar 1

• Fall programs: April 1

• Spring programs: Nov 15

Most rooms in Leipzig, Oxford, and Valencia can accommodate 2-4 students.

Most rooms in Non Hub-site programs will accommodate pairs.

All roommates must request each other. Otherwise, the request will not be submitted to the program director. Double-check with your roommate(s) that they also fill out this form.

Note: Based on room arrangements in each house, we cannot guarantee that your request will be able to be granted.
